Russia targets Ukrainian energy infrastructure ahead of winter

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia had targeted more than 15 critical energy facilities across Ukraine and was seeking to disrupt electricity and heating before winter. Russia’s Defense Ministry separately reported strikes on infrastructure targets.
