At least two people were killed in the reported drone attack on the Moscow region.
Russian officials reported that a Ukrainian drone attack during parliamentary elections killed two people, wounded 20, damaged an oil refinery and a residential building, and led to 400 evacuations. Russia said 1,110 drones were shot down nationwide, including 450 headed toward Moscow.
