One year after the October 2025 ceasefire, attacks continue. Gaza’s Health Ministry reported 1,511 Palestinians killed and 5,375 wounded since the truce, while UNICEF said more than 340 children had been killed. Shelter, aid access and reconstruction remain stalled.
