Morocco election: PAM leads as PJD returns, no majority
Final results gave PAM 97 of 395 seats, ahead of RNI, Istiqlal and a resurgent PJD with 54. Turnout was about 38%, and PAM fell short of the 198 seats needed for a majority and must form a coalition.
